Lady Cavs Tennis Team wins 3rd Straight

The Chillicothe Girls Tennis team improved its record to (3-0) after defeating Waverly, 4-1, on Monday.

Scoring:

• 1st Singles: Bella Flores (C) defeated Blossam Smith (W), 6-2, 6-0

• 2nd Singles: Judea Harding (C) defeated Claire Morrison (W), 6-3, 5-7, 7-5

• 3rd Singles: Avery Miller (C) defeated Jada Osborne (W), 6-1, 7-5

• 1st Doubles: Kayla Penn/Kynze Bayes (C) defeated Kyndra Barker/Selina Halko (W), 6-4, 6-2

• 2nd Doubles: Hacey Varney/Molly McKenzie (W) defeated Lillian Brown/Mackenzie Scaggs (C), 6-2, 4-6 , 1-0 (10-8)

The Lady Cavs will open FAC play with a home match against Hillsboro, today.
