Multiple Chillicothe High School students have been selected to perform in the CAPA Marquee Showcase during the CAPA Marquee Awards this spring. Those students include: Zack Rouleau, Jacey Stephens, Meredith Tilberry, and Jamie Bridenbaugh.
Chillicothe High School English teacher and theater director Amanda Betz, the CAPA Marquee Awards ceremony will be held on May 13th, 2026.
Betz said Chillicothe High School’s production of Bright Star will also be featured in the opening slideshow as part of the Marquee adjudication process.

Modeled after the Tony Awards, the ceremony will take place at the Ohio Theatre in Columbus and is designed to celebrate high school talent across central Ohio. Betz said the selected Chillicothe students will perform in both the opening and closing numbers of the show.
Betz added that Bridenbaugh and Tilberry were named semifinalists for Best Lead Performer in a Musical, placing them among the top 30 student performers in central Ohio. Stephens served as the school’s senior representative and was a candidate for National Student Reporter. Rouleau, who won a Marquee Award in 2025 for his role as Chief Weasel in The Wind in the Willows, will also participate in this year’s showcase.
