FAC Girls' Golf Season is Underway

The Lady Cavaliers Golf team opened its conference action at Franklin Valley Golf Club on Tuesday.

"Unfortunately CHS only had three golfers available Tuesday, so they did not qualify for a team score as you need four golfers," said Chillicothe Coach Jason Fischer. "Jackson, the host team [was] also missing their 4th golfer, so individual scores only [were tallied] for both schools.

Hillsboro's team won the FAC Match by one stroke with a team score of 234. Jackson's Aubrey Arnold was the medalist, shooting a 41.

"CHS golfers finished 6th, 7th and 20th, respectively, in a field of 26 total golfers," Coach Fischer said.
