The Cavalier Boys Swim Team defended their home turf as they compete against Zane Trace and Hillsboro at the Ross County YMCA last night.
The top scoring events last night were the 200-meter medley relay (Ryan Blum, Michael Lapurga, Jake Byrd, and Mason Brown), the 200-meter Freestyle relay (Michael Lapurga, Mason Brown, Vincent Haller, and Ian Montgomery), and the 400-meter medley relay (Jake Byrd, Ryan Blum, Ian Montgomery, Aidan Montgomery).
The leading individual swimmers last night were: Ryan Blum (12 points), Jake Byrd (12 points), and Evan Friend, Michael Lapurga, Ian Montgomery, and Aidan Montgomery all scoring 4 points each.
The Cavaliers washed out the competition last night, scoring 110 points. Zane Trace scored 52 points, Hillsboro scored 43, and Charlie Lewis from Unioto scored an individual 6 points.
