The Chillicothe Boys Tennis team defeated Miami Trace 4-1 on Thursday.
In first singles, Chillicothe's Kaiden Koch defeated Jacob Cline 6-1, 6-1. In second singles, Cavalier Colin Halm defeated Carter Bainter 6-2, 6-1. In third singles, Chillicothe's Noah Phillips fell to Jacob Pettit 2-6, 3-6. In first doubles, Chillicothe's JB Maravilla & Asher Pendell defeated Jonah Goddard & Kaden Howard 6-2, 6-2. In second doubles, Chillicothe's Allison Remley & Kayla Penn defeated Tucker Walton & Robbie Bennett 6-2, 6-4.
Chillicothe is now (3-0) overall and (2-0) in the league. Chillicothe hosts Jackson on Monday at 4:30 p.m.
