Chillicothe Girls Volleyball: Teays Valley & Miami Trace Recaps

CHILLICOTHE, OH -- Chillicothe's girls volleyball team secured a thrilling five-set victory over Teays Valley on Tuesday night, prevailing 31-33, 24-26, 25-18, 25-23, 16-14.

Evelyn Hamman led the Lady Cavaliers with an impressive 28 kills, 4 blocks, and 12 digs. Makalee Miller contributed 15 kills and 16 digs, while Campbell McAllister finished with 17 digs. Isabella Witte added 21 assists, and Izabella Canter recorded 16 digs.

However, Chillicothe struggled in its match against Miami Trace, falling 13-25, 24-26, 25-16, 23-25. Despite the loss, Evelyn Hamman delivered a standout performance with 22 kills and four blocks, leaving her just eight kills shy of breaking the school record for career kills. Vivian Morgan added 20 digs, Natalie Dudley contributed 4 aces, and Isabella Witte recorded 18 assists.
