Request forms are available for Cavalier students who would like to invite a guest who is not a CHS student to prom. The request form (pictured below) must be completed and signed before the CHS junior or senior can purchase a ticket for a guest.
Forms are available outside the CHS Main Office where students are selling tickets to the event from 7:30-8:15 a.m. and from 2-3 p.m. this week.
Prom will take place at the Ohio University Chillicothe Shoemaker Center on Saturday, April 15th. Tickets are $20 per person.
