Chillicothe Boys Tennis defeated Miami Trace at their home court, 4-1 , on Monday.
According to Cavaliers Coach Miguel Flores, Chillicothe saw match wins from Noah Flores, Asher Pendell, JB Maravilla, Benjamin Yandila, and Elijah Yandila.
Results:
First Singles: Noah Flores, of Chillicothe, defeated Jonah Goddard, of Miami Trace, 6-1, 6-0.
Second Singles: Asher Pendell, of Chillicothe, defeated Robbie Bennet, of Miami Trace, 6-1, 6-2.
Third Singles: JB Maravilla, of Chillicothe, defeated Reilly Campbell 6-3, 6-1.
First Doubles: Benjamin Yandila and Elijah Yandila, of Chillicothe, defeated Tucker Walton and Aiden Pence, of Miami Trace, 6-3, 6-2.
Second Doubles: Malachi Upshaw and Lyric Grave, of Chillicothe, were defeated by Slade Strider and Holden Pepper, of Miami Trace, 2-6, 2-6.
Chillicothe is scheduled to host Hillsboro at 4 p.m. today.
